Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order within a reasonable timeframe before it goes into the preparation stage. Typically, you have 10 minutes after placing your order to cancel it without any penalty. After this window, the order may be too far into preparation to cancel.
Refund Eligibility
If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a refund. Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of order delivery or pickup. Eligibility for a refund includes the following circumstances:
- Incorrect order: If you've received a pizza that does not match your order details.
- Unsatisfactory quality: If the pizza received is significantly below our expected quality standards.
- Missing item: If part of your order is missing.
The refund will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of the order. In case the transaction cannot be reversed, we may offer a voucher for a future purchase on our website cloverbytefarm.cyou.
