'CloverByteFarm' originated from a pure ambition: to introduce true Neapolitan pizza to London. The Romano household founded our quaint pizza shop in 1985, infusing their heritage recipes passed on for many generations.

Marco Romano, our initiator, acquired the craft of pizza-making throughout her excursions across Italy, apprenticing with renowned pizzaiolos in Naples—the cradle of pizza. After her sojourn to the UK, her resolve was to recreate the essence of authentic Italian pizza, embracing ancestral techniques and selecting only the finest produce.

From humble beginnings as a snug 12-seat eatery, we've blossomed into a favorite local haunt, yet our dedication to excellence and genuineness stands firm. Our wood-fueled ovens still fire up our pizzas, our dough is kneaded from scratch daily, and we prioritize top-tier ingredients in our creations.

Currently, 'CloverByteFarm' is still a family affair, with the next of the Romano lineage steering our devoted squad. While new advancements have been assimilated, our core—preparing savory, genuine pizzas that unite patrons—remains unchanged.
